True Team Regions at Roseville
A Few Stories: Many athletes
were not too pleased with this meet, maybe that's why so many didn't even
bother showing up. The meet was delayed two days due to bad weather, so
instead of having it during thunder and lightening we had it in extreme
winds of up to 40 mph, off and on downpours of rain and occasional hail
with uncomfortably cold temperatures. The winds slowed down all the times
in every event considerably, drafting in distance events led to sit-and-kick
races in almost every race-- in the 800, Mar Jang led the pack out in 69
for the first 400 meters.
